Annoucement

$800 MILLION FOR WHYALLA

The employees of Arrium Steel and Mining in Whyalla have struggled accepting a 10% wage decrease while in receivership. Then came along GFG Alliance Group to acquire the business. I met with Deputy CEO of GFG Alliance Michael Morley in Adelaide last August to discuss how we can assist and how exciting times were coming to Whyalla. At the end of the day it is the sacrifices the people of Whyalla have made that has enabled them to move forward with a future full of optimism. Congratulations to you all.

It is with this in mind that we announce St. James Finance through our funding partners are pleased to announce funding of $800 Million to assist employees and contractors of Liberty Steel, Simec Mining and all other local employees and contractors of other businesses to be utilized for either refinancing their home loans and capital funding including plant and equipment.

If your home loan interest rate is NOT in the 3’s you are simply paying too much to your institution. Now subject to normal credit criteria you could be saving thousands off your mortgage. One five minute phone call is all that is needed to find out. For far too long banks have had it their own way and borrowers have had no one there to help them now you do.

Businesses including contractors now have an opportunity to have a finance partner assisting them to capitalize on low-interest rates who understand business and the importance of being supported.

Funding also available for Nyrstar employees in Port Pirie and all other local employees and the self-employed in all other regional areas.

We have set up offices in both Whyalla & Port Pirie and intend to become involved with the sporting community and community in general.

Deputy CEO of GFG Alliance Michael Morley and Martin Corner.
